STUDIO WARRIOR Yoga Mat

We have been producing a version of the STUDIO WARRIOR since the company's inception in 1999. This latest iteration features our unique warrior alignment pattern, specifically designed to help you stay focused and grounded during the most challenging yoga practice. This durable mat provides a stable, cushioned foundation that effectively protects both knees and spine during practice.

It is a double-sided mat with a high-performance textured grip on both sides, which works particularly well in dry conditions. Its semi-porous structure makes it easy to wipe down and clean. The new improved formula is Oeko-Tex® approved and free from harsh chemicals, phthalates, AZO dyes, BPA, and heavy metals.

Use & Care

The STUDIO WARRIOR is suitable for most styles and levels of yoga and is ideal for use in any studio. Its sei-porous structure allows easy cleaning with a damp cloth or sponge to remove sweat and dirt. For a deeper cleaning, use a mild soap or a gentle mat cleaner, ensuring you rinse thoroughly as any soap residue may affect the mat's grip.

After cleaning, hang the mat to air dry. Once dry, store the mat rolled up in a cool, dry place. Additionally, avoid using body oils or lotions before practising, as they may cause the mat to become slippery.

For optimal performance, hygiene, and wet grip, consider using an agoy Gecko Yoga Towel in combination with the STUDIO WARRIOR. This can help extend the lifespan of your mat.

Eco Profile

The STUDIO WARRIOR is designed to be a long-lasting, durable yoga mat, reducing the need for frequent replacement and minimising waste. Additionally, some recycling programs accept PVC products, including yoga mats, providing an option for responsible disposal when it reaches the end of its use.

While PVC yoga mats are not typically regarded as the most eco-friendly option, they provide an affordable entry point for many people to experience and enjoy the numerous benefits of yoga. Their production involves lower temperatures and a smaller environmental footprint compared to many other types of yoga mats.

This latest version of the STUDIO WARRIOR is Oeko-Tex® certified, which is an internationally recognised standard for textiles. This certification ensures that the mat is safe and free from harmful substances. Our improved formula is free from AZO dyes, BPA, latex, phthalates, and heavy metals. It is also vegan-friendly.

We fully recognise the environmental challenges associated with PVC yoga mats and continue to refine our manufacturing processes to lessen the environmental impact of all our mats, including those made from PVC.
