*A customs surcharge per consignment applies to non-EU countries. These charges could include import duty, handling fees, local taxes and other costs. agoy is not responsible for these costs or for any delays caused by customs or other government authorities. Please make sure that you understand what process and costs may apply for delivery to your country.
- The shipping cost for delivery to UK Highland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight & Isle of Scilly, Scottish Isles, and Ireland is slightly different than the shipping cost for delivery to UK Mainland. Please contact us for the shipping cost.
Europe delivery time would take approximately 2-7 business days depending on country. Shipping costs and options will be available for checking when checkout. If you would like to know more about shipping or your delivery country is not listed above, please contact us at hello@agoy.co.uk.
UK delivery time would take approximately 3-5 business days for order released & payment completed before 10:00 am GMT. Please leave us a note during checkout if you have special requirement for delivery. Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature -- you may specify an alternative receiver. The courier will deliver the parcel Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. They will leave a calling card with the depot's number for you to arrange a redelivery if you have missed to receive the parcel for the first attempt. If you do not call, the courier will try to deliver again within 3 days.
If you are out again at the time of redelivery the parcel will be returned to us as undeliverable. To avoid this happening, we advise you to:
a. use a delivery address where there will ALWAYS be someone during the day;
b. leave us a daytime delivery address in the box where indicated "please leave a note to us with your order if you want to" during checkout.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
- All orders require a signature upon delivery, it is not possible for courier to leave any parcel outside the door without anyone to receive.
- We only despatch and process orders Monday to Friday. We do not despatch on weekends or bank holidays. If you order on a weekend your order will not be processed until the next working day.
- Transit times quoted are in working days and are based on deliveries to major cities. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may incur an additional charge. Parcel price showing on the site is Max. 30kg per parcel. Shipping costs may be varied according to the weight of the parcel and the destination. Should your delivery be liable for this our customer service will contact you.
- We reserve the right to recharge for delivery at cost or in the event you wish to have a refund, to refund you less the actual amount paid by us for carriage (note for all but small items this is likely to be more than we charged you for carriage on your invoice).
- Delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Issues such as weather condition, payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays.
- We are unable to deliver to post office boxes, BFPO numbers, or redirect orders once items have been despatched.
